Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages get the full workflow — we monitor for new reviews, AI-draft a reply, and post it once you approve. Yelp is monitoring + AI-drafted replies only because Yelp doesn't allow third-party reply posting; you paste the draft into Yelp for Business with one click. Industry sites like Angi, HomeAdvisor, BBB, and Nextdoor are included as link-routing in the post-visit ask — we don't monitor or reply on those.

Is this against Google's policy?

No. Google explicitly allows asking for reviews — what they prohibit is review-gating (showing only happy customers the review link). Our compliant version asks everyone but routes complaints to a private form first, which is a permitted practice.

What if we get a bad review?
